Alex is an energetic and people-focused Human Resource Professional. He has a strong background in recruitment and scaling teams, coaching and performance management, and employee engagement.
His most recent experience includes the rapid scaling of early-stage startups and standing up their HR functions which included the implementation of human resource systems, benefits, performance management systems, and the processes and systems associated with internal recruiting functions.
Prior to joining TechCXO, he had extensive experience in talent acquisition across an array of functions and industries, helping to scale teams in customer service, operations, and sales as well as the recruitment of individuals in technology, financial, and pharmaceutical industries, among others.
His early career prepared him for the demands and pace of evolving companies where he excelled in the recruitment and coaching of high-functioning teams for 8 years in Division I college athletics. Additionally, Alex has his Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification and is a certified feedback provider for Hogan Assessments.
